OUR STORY
In the Spring of 2018, Blown Away Adventures went from a written-down dream to a life-changing reality.
Founded by Aimee Robinson, Blown Away Adventures was inspired by cherished childhood birthday memories and a simple belief: every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday.
For many families, birthdays are filled with excitement, laughter, and anticipation. For others, financial hardship can make celebrating a child's special day feel out of reach. Blown Away Adventures was created to help bridge that gap by providing joyful birthday experiences that remind children they are seen, valued, and worth celebrating.
What began as a dream has grown into a mission dedicated to creating smiles, memories, and moments that children will carry with them for years to come.

OUR PROGRAMS
The Birthday Surprise Box Program
In January 2019, we launched The Birthday Surprise Box Program, which provided personalized birthday boxes filled with gifts and birthday goodies, delivered directly to families' homes.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we are thoughtfully evaluating The Birthday Surprise Box Program to ensure its future impact aligns with the needs of the children and families we serve.
The Bountiful Gifts Program
In January 2020, we launched the Bountiful Gifts Program in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Mesquite.
What began as monthly birthday gift bags has evolved into quarterly birthday celebrations that bring children together for an afternoon of fun, friendship, and celebration.
Children enjoy games, prizes, gifts, cupcakes, snacks, drinks, and a festive birthday experience designed to make them feel special on their big day. Each celebration is thoughtfully planned to create lasting memories and joyful moments for every child in attendance.
THE HEART BEHIND OUR MISSION
At Blown Away Adventures, we believe a birthday is more than just a date on the calendar.
It is a chance for a child to feel recognized. A chance to smile a little bigger. A chance to create memories with friends and family. A chance to be reminded that they matter.
